Domestic calls
Domestic calling rates are per minute for outgoing calls within the UK while you are in the UK. All incoming calls are completely free, regardless of where they originate
Domestic SMS (text) messages are 7p ($0.12 USD) each.
International calls
International rates are per minute for international outgoing calls while you are in th UK. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate, are FREE!

Please note there is a 2.5p ($.05 US) per minute surcharge between 7pm - 9pm, Monday to Friday for international calls.
All international SMS (text) messages are 15p ($0.26 USD) each.
Adding Airtime
To add additional airtime to your SIM card, you will need to purchase airtime vouchers. To add a voucher, simply:
1. Purchase a Carphone Mobile World airtime (Top-up card) voucher from a Carphone Warehouse authorized dealer, convenience store or call 08000499000 to purchase by debit or credit card (requires a UK billing address).
2. Scratch off the gray layer to reveal your airtime PIN code.
3. Follow the instructions provided
Remember that once the airtime on your UK SIM card is depleted, you do not need to purchase another SIM card.
Service Life
The UK SIM card is initially valid for 60 days once activated. You must make an outgoing call at least once every 60 days to keep your SIM card and phone number active. After these 60 days, you may re-activate your SIM card for a fee of 10 pound sterling. Airtime will expire after 60 days.
